Harman is a lawyer at Shourie Bhatia LLP having completed his JD and Bachelor of Commerce in Business Law & Economics at the University of Alberta. Harman focuses his practice primarily on litigation matters related to commercial and civil disputes. He works closely with other lawyers within the firm as part of a cross-disciplinary team, drawing on the skills and knowledge of lawyers in tax, commercial transactions, banking and finance, securities, intellectual property and other areas as the need arises. He also has experience in the conflict resolution models of arbitration and mediation. He represents clients before all levels of Alberta’s Courts as well as the Securities Commission and the Tax Court.

Harman is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, and the Canadian Bar Association.

Harman is fluent in in both Hindi and Punjabi. He is passionate about protecting individual rights and fighting inequality as an advocate for families and vulnerable youth. In his free time, Harman dedicates himself to public service and is currently a member of SEVA Food Truck, the World Sikh Organization, Punjabi Sports Association, and the Indo Canadian Liaison Committee for the Edmonton Police Service.
