Roshan focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters related to business purchases & sales, private/public lending, commercial leasing and real estate. His files see him working with a variety of small-to-mid sized business owners, lenders and land developers in crafting strategies to grow their businesses. As part of his practice, Roshan also handles immigration-related matters at the firm.
Roshan has obtained his JD/MBA from Queen’s University. He has had the opportunity to study law on three continents, through an International Business Law certification at the Bader International Study Centre in England and an exchange at the University of Hong Kong. During his time at Queen’s, Roshan served as the Founder & President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Prior to his combined program, Roshan obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in Business Economics and Business Law at the University of Alberta.
Roshan is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Canadian Bar Association, and previously served as President and Regional Ambassador for BNI Alberta North. He currently serves as a Director for the Edmonton Inner City Children’s Program.
In his free time, Roshan enjoys travelling, squash, ball hockey, and the challenge of playing golf. He is fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi.
